"Flushable" wipes clog sewer systems!

In the USA and Canada, "flushable" wipes don't need to be tested for biodegradability. Large numbers of them are clogging sewer systems and costing taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars.

If you use wipes, throw them in the garbage, don't flush them!

Bummer. I'm on a septic and I can't even use the nice, soft TP. I have to use sandpaper that is marketed as TP.

I learned this the hard way 2 yrs back! During a flare too! And I was away at college so I had to go out and purchase a plunger and thankfully, was able to unclog my toilet! Never again!
