I looked into it a few months ago then gave up on it 'cause I couldn't find a conclusive list of what's in and what's out. Hopefully the website will give me some clarity.
Glad to hear that it's worked for you. It does seem like common sense doesn't it ...which makes me wonder why it doesn't seem to be all that popular. From what I'd read, it seemed to be very popular in Australia though.
Are you able to eat all the foods it says to eat and have you had to give up some that you were otherwise ok with?
Also, has it made a huge difference? And, is it easy to stick to?
