I live in Ontario, I have been buying a shilouette Greek yogurt, cherry flavour. It was perfect, safe food for my crohns, not a lot of sugar, low fat, and protein. Can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know of a yogurt that doesn't have the fruit chunks, is low fat and low sugar? Greek?

I cannot suggest an actual brand yogurt.

But I do suggest buying a an electric yogurt maker and making your own. It works out to be extremely economical. You know exactly what is in it. And it tastes delicious.

When I was in the USA last year, I tried my friends home yogurt maker and I am now sold! I am going to buy a GLA Electric Yoghurt Maker in Australia. http://www.greenlivingaustralia.com.au/yoghurt_maker_electric.html It looks very easy. It says it maintains the correct temperature very accurately, even over extended fermentation times. It makes 1 - 2 litre (so you can make fresh each week) and comes with a BPA free food grade 2 litre fermentation pot. Suitable for cows, goat, soy, coconut milk / cream. Simply fill with your milk, whatever kind you are using, add the culture and turn on. Leave for 8 to 10 hours, and you will have the most delicious yoghurt. Suitable for extended fermentation times of 24 hours or more, as it maintains it's temperature very accurately.

Any way I am sure you can get a decent brand in your country too.
