Hello.
Does anyone experience GI symptoms (especially gurgling, which is mostly associated with Crohn's for me) after eating fresh and cooked cauliflower?
I fry them with extra virgin olive oil. The heat is low, so it doesn't get burned.
This forum member says cauliflower "increases (his) IBD symptoms".
I know that it's not gas, because the reaction starts to happen in 10 to 15 minutes afterwards.
Anyone else?
Thanks.
