Frustrated...

I am sitting here waiting on both my GI and family doctors to call...am having soooo much pain since yest. I could not sleep the way I normally do because of the pain. Has been 3 hours and still have not heard from either of them. I do not ever call into work, I just go and deal with the pain, but it is so bad and I am throwing up with this also. I am about ready to go crazy, or feel like I could anyway!! GI doesnt want to prescribe any pain meds, so I am waiting for reg. doctor to call this just feels like a vicious cycle to me at this moment...just had to get something off my chest before I explode!!

Well both doctors finally called back...appt tomorrow with gi and vicodin ordered from family doctor

Hey, just wanted to say good luck. I know how annoying it can be trying to wait for answers from our GI's especially when in pain and all that. Just remember, it'll go away (hopefully) and tomorrow's doctor appointment will probably help out too. G'luck.

Well, labs all drawn and he is wanting a CT done thinking I have an abscess. Still not much relief with the pain though, vicodin has helped some but still there.
