Hi all! Life with Crohns is becoming more manageable, no remission yet but not so bad. My question is , sometimes i burp alot and have terrible foul smelling gas? whats happening?:

I have same problem with gas, i think its pretty common and there is more of a worry if you are not producing gas. It is probably something you are eating - legumes, cabbage, dairy for some people. That said, it can be a pain. I find antacids really helpful for burping/reflux and in Australia there is a product called degas which can some find helpful for the other. Charcoal tablets were also recommended to me whenI had my ileostomy. Hopefully other members can add some more suggestions.
