Is Gaviscom safe when you are not feeling well?

I use Gaviscon for heartburn as well as take a PPI (dexilant). My GI says this is perfectly safe.

Hey Ron,

I know this a late response but just wanted to make sure you were aware of the general rule when using products such as Gaviscon. Whilst safe they do interfere with the absorption of other medication so it is best to separate the its use from that of meds by at least an hour.
