Getting Entyvio Pen in the US

Does anyone know a way to get the Entyvio pen in the US? Unfortunately, I have to travel out of the country and need my medication. If I am willing to pay full price can I get it shipped from Canada or something? Would it last the shipment if it needs to be refrigerated? Any good ideas?

Are there Entyvio pens available? I get it infused at the hospital, and boy, do they gouge the hell out of Medicare, charging more $$25 K!!
