I met with my GI Doc the other day and at that time he told me I had damage to my esophogus and many granulomas throughout the esophogus. I guess this is a SURE sign of crohns and that only 10% of Crohns patients have this problem. Has anyone else out there been diagnosed with this problem? I have been put on prilosec and fenacol? I cough alot I wonder is this due to damage, could I do anything to keep it from getting worse or what should I avoid? I do not smoke nicotine and I do not drink. Any help would be great.
