Well so far I'm using bigelow decaf green tea, and after researching I saw Matcha Green teas specifically :Matcha Green Tea Powder
Is there any studies or any of your personal experience with any type of green tea or specifically Matcha powdered green tea as that is supposed to be more stronger with antioxidants.
Benefical? Harmful? Placebo/no effect?
