Grounding to reduce inflammation

I went to a program for anxiety and they were very big into grounding. We had to watch our feet as we took steps.

I felt like a kid walking around barefooted in the back yard this morning!

Played tennis later this afternoon, and kept joking to myself if I jabbed a big sliver into the bottom of my foot and couldn't hit, what story could I use to explain this incident.

LMAO Beach thanks for the laugh!!

I have to say months after purchasing this I now have a mat in my closet. I think walking barefoot outside is good for multiple reasons but I think the mat is likely not helpful.

I will have to test my mat out to make sure it actually is making the circuit to the ground.

If barefoot walking works any manner of grounding should work also.

Thanks for the info.

Dan

I have the tester but whether the mat makes it to the ground is what I am going to test.

I have very dry skin also which is not a good conductor. I think I will use some lotion so that circuit is made.
