I usually hate complaining, so if I do it online I guess it'll be okay...
Basically, Crohn's is driving me CRAZY!!
1. AS Exams- Not only am I stressed from exams, but it's making my Crohns really bad; fatigue, headaches, frequent bathroom visits... etc....
2. Fistulae- Everytime I celebrate that one has FINALLY gone away, another one pops up!! I've been on Humira for about 2 months now and I'm starting to lose my patience I'm now on 9 pills a day cos of all these fistulas! Ahhhh....
3. Parasites?- So, two weeks ago I visited my Humira nurse, who said I needed a blood test. She then asked if it was okay if we did an extra blood test because some students at the hospital were researching people who had recently gone on holiday to a tropical climate, to see if they have picked up some form of parasites by chance. The nurse assured me that it was unlikely I had them, but because i had just come back from a holiday in Iran it would be nice and helpful to give them my sample. I agreed, and quickly forgot I had even done that... Until today. I visited my Humira nurse again, and she said that the results had come back positive, and that everyone was extremely shocked....
This is gonna add to my list of pills per day, and usually I wouldn't mind, but ALL of these problems are happening at once and it's just so frustrating!!
Dear Crohns,
PLEASE let me get through my exams WITHOUT anymore fistulas, random viruses or ANY OTHER flare ups!! Pleeeeeeease!!!
Sorry for the rant, I just reeeally need a break from all this
