I was getting ready for work yesterday. I keep my "everyday" jewelry in a wooden bowl near my keys & shades & other stuff that I pick up as I'm leaving. I put my rings on, picked up the keys & started for the door. Two of my rings FELL OFF. I had not even realized I was losing weight again. I have a scale in my bathroom, but I don't obsess about weight & rarely think to step on the scale. I did this morning & discovered that I've lost ten pounds since the last time I weighed, maybe two or three months ago.

So, the good thing is that I'm sitting here in my favorite jean shorts that I haven't been able to wear for a while. The scary news is that sometimes when I start dropping pounds I can't get it to stop. Ate pasta today for lunch & rice with dinner, bread also at both meals. We'll see.

You know, I wouldn't mind so much if my pouchy little tummy would go away, but what do you wanna bet the only thing smaller is my fingers and my boobs! :ylol2:

Skeet,

do not worry about something you can not control. Take the steps you can take to stop this from happening (if there are any), but worrying never helps! Besides, all the worrying and sweating may even make you drop a few more pounds ;).

Good luck and DO NOT WORRY!

Morning Skeet!

Gee, I'd like to drop a few pounds..but I know it can be frightening when you do and you're not even trying.

Don't worry about it...

Concentrate on our cyber Christmas party...

Gee..Mike :shifty-t: I thought you were gone.

Hey skeet! This is the closest thing I could find to Santa
on the smilie list! ROTFLMAO! :bigsmurf:

Guess he'll have to do...he's just a little cold.

Hugs~Nancy

I also lost a couple pounds. I attribute it to school and not being able to excercise as much. Best of luck.

Good Luck with stopping the weight going Skeet.

Do you not take any nutrional supplements to give you a few extra calories?

Danny

Mahalo, guys. I'm feelign a little better about it now. It's just so aggrevating when these things sneak up on me without me even noticing.

Danny, I haven't taken any supplements in quite some time. Might be time to start again, but some of them make the D worse & I lose any benefit they might offer. I might pick up some single-servings next time I'm at the drug store & see what works these days.

Nancy, I love the little smurfy santa, lol! Isn't he just perfect for a bunch of misfits like us? :ylol2:

Mike, get out of here! We're planning some naughty adventures & don't need you keeping us on the straight & narrow.

Hi Skeet, hope you're a little cheerier now. I too have probs with my weight, its so hard to keep it on. At the mo I am ok but I know when I have my reversal, my weight will plummet again so I totally understand where you are coming from. Think of it this way though, there are women out there that would love to be slim, theres one good reason to feel good about yourself.
