My referral to my GI that i heard about on monday and found out the appt was in OCTOBER???????

well my NP called today and after she worked her fab magic, i know have an apt with the GI in JULY!!!!!!


YAY!!!

Finally after......a year and half i am seeing a dr who can actually DO something for me!!! Lets hope he is a good one and i get some treatment FAST!

I had such a bad day on saturday(flare?) tummy pain , diahreea......worst day yet. I think i know what i ate to cause the symptoms to flare so that is good. The pain was Bad......but i survived.

anyway had to share soemthing good!!!!

Hope you get one of the good ones. They make a huge difference. It likely will mean some more tests - a new GI always wants their own ones.

i had ribs friday for dinner.....i think i might have been ok if i had just only limited myself, but they were sooooo good....and i think i way over did it.....i am gonna try again with ahving just a small small portion and see if that works. I seem to be able to eat most things if i just do controlled portions. And sometimes only a few bites..and sometimes one bite and i can feel it!

I hope your referrals come in soon!!! I know how frustrating it is to wait!

I'm not sure I'd be able to control myself if I had a slab of ribs sitting in front of me. I'm sooo looking forward to ribs when I get feeling better.

PS, I hope the new GI works out and is a good one.

I MARINADE in apple juice, brown sugar, peppercorn, and sea salt...

i like to use either pecan wood or mesquite for a nice smoke...

meat falls right off the bones...
