Had endometrial albation with polyp removed

hello everyone. I had this procedure done 10 days ago. Yesterday very slight increase of blood, not much more. It is stillred, and i think it should of turned dark already. I have lower groin pain, to hip, back and down legs. Had this before but increased pain a bit. Is is normal to still bleed red blood 10 days after.

Were you told what to expect in the days following the procedure? Sorry I can't really help on this - I think you'll really need to check this with a doctor if you have any doubts at all.
