Hard lump next to wound

Hi, so I had a laparoscopic operation just over 2 weeks ago and feeling beard the top of my glues wound is hard, just one little bit, under the skin. What do you think this is?

Are you having any pain there or fevers?

It could be scar tissue, I had an operation in March and my entire abdomen was hard as a rock. Definitely bring it up to your surgeon. As DJW has already asked, is there any pain? is the surgery site hotter than the rest of your skin or red? Any fevers?

Hey, thank you for your quick answers. It's 2 weeks and two days since my op and no pain since 2 days after op or with this funny lump. No the skin feels same temp as every were else

ok, it could just be scar tissue. My surgeon told me that it would soften up over time, and for the most part it has. Be sure to bring it up to your surgeon at your next appointment though just to be sure
