Hard lump on my labia

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in July of 2014. Since then I have developed a pretty big skin tag on my anus stretching towards my vagina (August 2014). More recently (March 2015), I developed a fissure right next to the skin tag, but it has since been healed by Diltiazem ointment. But since I have been using this new medication (that ointment) a pretty decent sized lump (probably the size of a quarter) has grown in my left labia. It is super swollen and pretty hard/thick, but only hurts if I touch it. I'm not sure what to do about this, is it Crohn's related? I can't help but feel as though it is.

I am super worried about this. I've never had sex before, so I know it isn't any sort of STD. Any help is super appreciated.

I've experienced this before but around my rectum. It lasted about a week and then healed on its own. I would suggest asking your obgyn if the issue does not resolve itself.

Do you know what it was by chance? Mine has been there for about three weeks...

My Dr said it sounded like either an abscess or a cyst. But he never saw it since it went away. I'd see an obgyn just to make sure it's nothing serious.
