Hard place on abdomen

I tried to do a search for this but when you put the word hard in a whole lot of stuff comes up and nothing Im looking for.

My questions is does anyone ever get hard places on their abdomen and its kind of crampy comes on goes been getting it off and of for about 3 years.

can you be more specific about what you mean when you say "hard places" on your abdomen? Do you mean hard lumps?

where specifically on or in your abdomen does this occur?

Are the cramps related to the hard places? Are the cramps and or/hard places triggered by certain activities you do/ or do they just randomly appear out of nowhere?

Im sorry that was kind of vague. On my left side where my colons is right below my ribshas been kind hard like a hard muscle for about 3 years. It doesn't always bother me the only time I get campy there is when I get a little constipated. My GI knows about but all he ever says is yeah oh that's kind of hard, no kidding. I was just wondering if anyone has a hard tummy/colon other then bloating
