I had some blood work done this morning.: The blood would go in the right direction for a while but then it started going in the opposite direction. Has this happened to anyone else? What does it mean?

Did they have a tourniquet on your arm before they took the blood? I know this helps the blood flow out into the vial. They usually will keep it on until mid draw then they can release it. If they do not use a tourniquet or they release it to soon sometimes the blood wont flow out as well. That is my thought.

Whole lot of physics in that process. When getting remicade and the meds run out it is pretty common. Also, if there is something causing a reduction in flow it happens pretty easily. Not anything to worry about Ron.
