Health insurance

So my husband got a new job that doesn't offer health insurance. I have been trying to find something affordable but denied because of my Crohn's. Obama care is way to pricy for our buget,plus none of my docs take it. Any ideas on where to look or what to do?

Here's a couple websites to look at.

#1 I would check with CCFA, they might have a few ideas as to where to go. This is a checklist to help when shopping for insurance.

#2 Depending on how your IBD is, if you flare often or are in a permanent flare you maybe able to apply for disability or medicare.

Thank you so much. I will start looking at all these right now. I just don't know why they have to make it so difficult for the people who really need it.

Sad but so true! I'm at that give up point because I'm stressing so much about it that I'm getting sick. I sent a few emails out today to a couple of the links you sent me so hopefully I will at least get a response tomorrow. I think for tonight I'm going to try and let it go and take a hot bath. I really do appreciate your help! I will let you know if I get any good info
