Help....

I am having a moderate flare right now due to stress(couple family members were laid to rest). I really need help talking this flare up down...

I plan on just a liquid diet today, but any other tips/tricks are welcomed.

No tips/tricks. Just wanting you to know that I've been there. My husband and I laid to rest a member from each of our families within about a week of each other a few years back. Sending you lots of hugs in the hope that things all around you will start calming down for you soon.
