Okay I have external hemm. And skin tag from fissure. Yesterday after bm and sitz bath I could feel something so I check and either the tag or hemming is longer and it feels soft and half of it is red. Last night felt slight discomfort on right buttock. Now this morning I feel little jabs of pain in there that come and go. Please some advice. I am seeing my Dr. Tomorrow.
