Here we go again!!

I have felt normal for 2 WHOLE DAYS! And now I am rushing back and forth to toilet whilst trying to watch the Big Bang Theory...this is torture! Luckily kids are sleeping but I have ate so well today so can't understand why this is happening :ymad:

Any advice always appreciated...is there a miracle cure to stop the flare up as soon I will be nauseous and crabbit and more exhausted.

Hiya pal, don't you find that specific foods trigger off your flares? maybe that's why your forwards and backwards to the toilet.

Hey Hunt, I have stopped eating the 'bad' foods and have been so disiplined. My tummy is making the most bizarre noises lol. I will try and make light of it cos if I start stressing then I'll be up all night

Ah right, so not done much wrong. Drink some water, keep yer fluids up. Hopefully you feel a bit better, there's nothing worse!

Just try and relax I guess.
