Horrible dim ache on my left side

:depressed: I had a right hemi-colectomy 16 mnths ago. Have also just come out of hospital as I keep getting a dim ache on my left side near my hip. Have had xray, its not my hip or ovary. They said I had infection and had iv antibiotics for 6 days. Now a month on and its the same dim ache, sometimes it goes through to my back. Kidneys are fine too. I'm trying to go on until something if anything happens when I cant stand it any longer. Nothing has shown in bloods taken either.

Find it hard to go to the loo, then when I do go, I have a job to stop. Has anyone had anything like this before
