How do I know I have a flare up?

So i been getting some diarreha but not 100% of the time. No stomach ache or anything. Havent eaten anything "forbiden'...have kept to my diet. I had surgery almost 2 months ago...could it be that my surgery section/area is just swollen?

Hard to say but I had D for about a year, after my both my resections. That is common. You could of eat something or a bug, no rhyme or reason. I wouldnt worry about but if it becomes frequent and more often, ask your doctor about Questran to stop the D. When the pain starts then you can worry.
