I've had just 2 infusions (about 3 weeks in total), should I be noticing a change because nothing has happened thus far? I know everyone is different but Humira didn't work for me and I'm concerned that this won't either.

Hi and welcome to the forum! :D

Yes everyone is different. I've never taken Remicade but from what I've read on the forum is that people have mentioned seeing a difference between the 1st-4th infusion. If you use the search option above you'll see a ton of threads talking about it. :) Hope you start feeling better soon and keep us posted on how you're doing! :) Hopefully others will chime in as well.

Everyone is different and while Humira didn't work for you that doesn't mean Remicade will fail also. Remicade actually didn't work for me and Humira worked real well initially. So its a guessing game. I noticed a difference in about 2 infusions

My daughter is on Remicade, she just had her 5th treatment. We noticed a difference after 2nd treatment, but doctor said it usually does not work that fast. We think taking her off lactose helped a lot. She has not had any side effects and is almost in remission. Cant wait!!!!

I have had 4 treatmants- still waiting- I just added Prednisone and upped my Remicade does.

What does do you take?

I just got my 15th treatment yesterday. It still works.

Mine started to work after 4 or 5th one. Be patient it takes a bit of time for your system to get better.

It's good to know I have a chance it can still work!

Just added Prednisone last week 40 mg. So I am anxious
for things to turn around. I won't let a flare go on as long
again. I have learned to respect this disease!
