How long does it take to get used to Pentasa?

Hi. I've been on asacol for a few years and am changing over to pentasa. This is my first full day of pentasa without any asacol at all. But, whenever I take the drug I have nausea, stomach feels wierd and I get a headache. I know that it usually takes time to get used to a new drug. So, I'm not really complaining yet. But, can any of you give me an idea of how long it took you to stop getting the side effects?:ybatty:

Had a really bad headache last night and now I've got another one now after taking the pentasa. Need to work this evening and will be picking up the rest of my prescription since they didn't have all of it when I first picked it up. Will be asking them more questions this evening...
