How should i smoke?

i have been using marijuana as a replacement of pain killer drugs.... i have been mixing marijuana buds with marijuana leaves. and that combination was pretty good, on one day i ran out of leaves and i used cigarette tobacco as the mixing substance. on the following day i was having problems in my stomach.
is it okay to mix with tobacco?
what to you guys use to mix a joint?

I don't even use joints or a pipe anymore. I bought a vaporizer and that is the way to smoke. No burning, low smell, no irritation of the lungs. I highly recommend you checking into it. I got mine at magic-flight.com if I can post that.

You don't want to mix with tobacco. Tobacco has so many chemicals added, and they are not good for those with Crohns. I personally don't smoke joints anymore, it's the least effective way to smoke it. I use a pen vaporizer or a bubbler pipe (really tiny bong). If smoking joints though, I never mix with anything

Thanks guys... I'm my country its pretty hard to find bubble bongs an vaporizers... And I decided to make a light bulb vaporizer.... ���� So I can smoke clean stuff...

I'm going to reiterate what Kero has said, and add a caveat. If you are diagnosed with Crohn's you should never mix with tobacco, however, if you have UC, mixing with tobacco will help your symptoms but there is the issue of tobacco in general being bad for your health.

I use a small bubbler pipe and a pen Vape when out and about. Trying to convince hubby to let me get a desktop vape, but I think I'll have to be back to work first

I want to try tincture because really smoking is bad...but i remember eating pot food and havign bowel problems so im scared to haha.

I want to try a tincture too. I have a 4 part grinder so it collects the keif. Want to make a tincture from it and see how that works. I will let ya know if you don;t try it before I do
