Sticking to the queens english lets make crisps
Peel your potatoes and slice thinly (potato peeler might make them thin enough)
Soak in cold water for 30mins (to remove the starch)
Dry with paper towel (like bog roll but thicker)
Place the "crisps" on baking dish
Coat with olive oil and seasoning (salt +pepper for me)
Cook for 20-30mins at 300degC
For the best taste try carrots, beetroot and parsnips instead of potatoes
