How will I know I'm in remission?

I know that might sound silly...but it's been so long since I have felt "normal" that I don't know what normal feels like. How do you know if you are in remission?

It kind of varies, but in my case I don't have any Crohn's symptoms, have no detected inflammation, and had a colonoscopy where my GI said I had healed so well he couldn't even tell I had IBD.

There's some handy definitions of remission here. What I'm in would be considered complete remission.
