Humira and Psoriasis (and Crohn's)

I have been on a combo therapy of Humira and Imuran for several months now. I have both Psoriasis and Crohn's- I saw terrific results almost immediately (within a month after Humira starter dose), but as of last week, I have been having a Crohn's flare AND my Psoriasis seems to be reappearing... Is this normal? I thought it would be symptom- free! How often do you have flares while taking Humira? Am I supposed to let my doc know if I'm flaring while taking Humira and Imuran? He didn't mention it...:confused2:

I would definitely let the doctor know you're flaring.

Humira can prevent relapses, but it still can happen... but less often.
And your body can also get antibodies that kill the medication too quickly (if it's the case they can increase humira to weekly)

Thank you! They did run that antibodies test. So, I will have to wait and see. But, if antibodies are developed. Do they take you off of it? Wow! You were young when you got this crazy illness!
