Humira? Flare? Travel fatigue?

I'm in tough shape. Low back ache, no appetite, my typical LLQ and epigastric cramping, weakness, nausea. Had diarrhea off and on last Thurs-Sun.

Here's my situation: I've traveled the greater part of the last month. For two weeks I was in New Orleans and Nashville.

--It was HOT and I was grateful I felt well enough to walk but we walked a lot. In New Orleans, we were up late. I had very very little alcohol.

--The food was so heavy-- and how do you trust a turkey sandwich when the whole restaurant is eating fish or BBQ? When was the last time they opened the turkey?

--I flew 6 times. Travel is tough for me to begin with.

--I'm due for the humira shot but have to postpone two more days bc I'm at a conference and the med makes me extremely fatigued for two days.

What's wrong with me? All of the above? Am I just fatigued and it's worse bc active crohns? Should I be worried? Did the humira stop working? Did I push the limit?

?????

I know that when I push myself and do not eat well or get enough rest that I can have a lot of problems with my Chron's.
Got to figure all the stress on the body has got to bad.
Hope you get it figured out and get to feeling better.

I think you may have pushed yourself too far, plus having to postpone your Humira shot may be taking a toll on you as well.

Traveling is exhausting for me, and if I threw in late nights and heavy foods (or also meals at different times of the day) I would be beat.

Try to rest and resume some normal eating schedule/foods. Once you get home, plan a few days for nothing but rest. Crohn's will make you tired enough, but with everything else you have accomplished the past two weeks (and good for you, by the way) you're bound to be tired.
