I am switching from the auto pen to the syringe for my weekly Humira injections.

I currently give myself B12 injections.

Is the needle depth of the Humira injection similar to the needle depth of the B12?

Thanks for your help.

I don't know what the size of B12 injections are and all I have as a reference is MTX needles which use insulin needles. Humira syringe needle is about 2 1/2-3x longer than the small insulin needles. Hope someone else with B12 injection experience can give you a better answer.

I would have thought the humira syringe would be smaller as it is only subcutaneous wher the vitamin b12 is intramuscular.
I now use the shrine for cimzia and much prefer it over pens I no longer dread having to do them. Hope it all goes well for you x

Gave myself first injection by syringe this morning.

Needle guage is quite small and since the shot is subcutaneous the needle is very short.

No more pens for me.
