Humira vs Cimzia

Previously I was on Remicade - not for long because shortly after I started it, I developed pneumonia and then C Diff from the antibiotics for pneumonia. After a year long battle with C Diff and no medical treatments worked, my last resort was a Fecal Transplant, after 3 Fecal Transplants the C Diff was finally gone. However, I then became Remicade resistant, to make a long story short, my doctor prescribed Humira BUT my insurance will not pay for Humira until I have tried Cimzia first. I am wondering if anybody else has tried Cimzia and what they experienced? I get my first 4 injections Friday.

I started on the Remicade route and developed an allergy about 2 years in. My doctor had me try Cimzia first (not because of insurance issues) but I wasn't responding well and switched to Humira. I just restarted after two months off due to surgery but the Humira was able to get me to a place where I could try surgery (for fistulas).

I know many do well with Cimzia but don't hesitate to speak up if you think you aren't improving or regressing (as I was).
