I ate a whole can of frosting (is that bad??)

Well, it took me a week. I left it in the fridge and ate it with a fork. Sometimes I put it on something, like a big frikin piece of pumpkin cake, but mostly I just ate it right out of the can. Chocolate mmmmm.
Hmm, is that bad??
Can I blame prednisone, or am I just naughty??

Then tonight, I after I finished the can, I felt bad so I ate a nectarine. Then my satisfaction from the frosting was gone so I ate some lemon cookies. But I still craved chocolate....so

...or forget it.

I know. I laughed so hard as I wrote it I had to tell my husband. He thinks I'm crazy, he just didn't see the humor. I told him "But Pen thinks I'm hilarious!"

Just for the record, I do not talk to my children that way. My 8 year old thinks that "heck" is a bad word, and I like it that way.

Actually, with most frostings (I guess icing to Brits, we have that too, but frosting is thicker, icing is thin and glaze-like sometimes to us), the problem is sugar, yes, but even more so, the trans fats from the stupid partially hydrogenated's in it, every damn time I look at one, I see it in the first or second ingredient, NEVER see that much elsewhere unless it's actual Crisco or something (practically pure trans fats)....the kicker is that in almsot all frostings in cans, the first two ingredients are killers. Sugar, partially hydrogenated (soybean usually) oil.......

Makes me shiver in disgust.
