I cant wait card

Please can someone tell me how I get one of the I cant wait cards I realise these are not nice to have to use but after 11 years of suffering to be told yesterday I have crohns I think its about time to get one of these. I have flare ups every couple of days and it has taken this amount of time and doc's.hospital visits to finally be diagnosed!

I got mine when I joined up with the NACC. They're website appears to be UK based www.nacc.org.uk I'm not sure if their work extends to other areas of the world.
