I feel like a Pincushion - and not getting anywhere

I am so frustrated. Recently I have been to the hospital for a stabbing pain in the middle of rib bones, and lower left.

Went to GI last week and had an ultrasound and endoscopy done Friday and yesterday. both times nothing showed up, just inflamed. (I actually cried after waking up from sedation after finding out they didn't find an ulcer or anything) I just wanted a validation for my pain...He also wont give me any more pain meds.

This morning I went to a surgeon to talk about possible gallbladder problems. I apparently have 1 test that I have not had done yet, and there are not available appointments until May 27th. Then the following Monday June 1st is when I would get the results and find out if I need surgery.

I am sick of getting poked and tested...and then having them come up empty handed. I also feel like they are starting to not believe me and am making up the pain, which is not true at all!

I feel like I am stuck with pain for the next 2 weeks. I don't know what to eat, how to sleep or be comfortable.

This may be a long shot, but is it possible the pain is not due to a digestive issue but is actually from a heart or lung problem?

I have had asthma my whole life, but this is different. After the gallbladder test next week, if it comes back as negative I will be looking into other reasons for the pain, as well as another opinion from another GI.
