If you can eat meat then i highly recommend going to Texas De Brazil if you have one in your area. The food is phenominal. i think i exploded my stomache last night... but wow that food was awesome JUST FYI

Three onion burger at Max and Erma's is slaughter cow heaven IMO.

Medium is all I say, it usually comes out done right for me, but then again I'm not picky. I love a nice, lean steak quite a bit too.
