Good morning to all!
Just letting you know about something I have found. I had always had difficulties with multi-vitamins. Those horse pills always seemed to irritate my bowels a little, so I couldn't take them for any period of time to do good. I have found at the Shoppers Drug mart stores here adult gummy vitamins, and they are doing good for me. For those of you who need to supplement a little, it's worth a try.
