imflamation in my lower stomach and large intestine

Hi ive being having symptoms of severe nausea,diahorria,not being able to eat properly,losing weight,blood in my poo,fatigue,vomiting constant UTIs and thrush for a good while nows so my GI done a sigmoidscope on me and an endoscope. The endoscope test came back i had a stomach full of food after 12 hours and to fast for a further 24 and to come back for another. My simoidscope showed inflammation. I came back for the endoscope test and there was inflammation in the lower quadrent of my stomach with recent erosion and bleeding. They said they had taken biopsy from my duodenum and stomach. So my question is has anyone had anything similar to what i am describing here?

Yes many people on the forum have had your symptoms. I've had all the symptoms listed minus the UTIs and thrush. My Crohn's affects me in the ileum and colon mainly but Crohn's can affect any part of the GI tract.

Probiotics will help the thrush and unbalanced belly. Keep searching for ways to reduce your symptoms. I hope the doc finds something that works for you!
