Does anyone else find they can't stop eating? If I don't eat something just about every hour, more so at night time, my stomach starts growling and I get bad hunger pangs. I'm not sure if this is because of the medication I'm on (remicade) or if this is because I am constantly going to the bathroom so my body is processing the food too fast? Just curious if anyone else has this problem, as it makes it a big struggle to lose weight :runaway: if so, any tips? :p

I have the opposite problem, so I can tell you that it's not because food is going through you too fast. When that happens, you can't absorb properly so you lose weight, and the malabsorbtion doesn't cause hunger. I'm not sure about the Remicade.

Have you just started remicade? If so, the appetite could be an indicator of some return to health.
Are the bowel movements full size or partials? Formed or loose? Do you go overnight? Some more info needed on those (this site is about the only place you will ever hear that!)

Like UnXmas, active crohns tends to kill my appetite.
