Hi Guys
New to the forum and just wanted a bit of advice
Been diagnosed with Crohn's Colitis for a good few years now, tried most of the usual drugs with limited success but recently went onto Infliximab. I've had 3 infusions now and i'm stunned at how good it has worked, just come off steroids completely for the first time in 6 years a couple of weeks ago.
I had blood test yesterday and it has come back with a couple of liver indicators high, Serum ALT level is 123 & Serum Gamma Gt level 77. I've been having regular blood tests and this is the first time it has been raised like this, a couple of my kidney results were a bit out 4 weeks ago when i had a blood test but they are okay this time.
Just wondering if this is normal or should I be a bit concerned, got my fourth infusion next Tuesday but i'm wondering if i should have it or they will even give me it with this?
Anyone else experience similar?
