Is it possible for a capsule endoscopy (pill cam) to miss crohns?

Hi.
So I think I might have crohns. Or some sort of IBD. I had a high fecal cal protectin twice. But the colonoscopy/ endoscopy I had two years ago showed nothing. When my cal protectin test came back positive again my GI suggested a capsule endoscopy.
Is it possible for the capsule to miss crohns if I'm not having symptoms currently? I really want answers.
Thank you!

A biopsy is the best way to determine if you have Crohn's. While the pill cam can point the doctor in the right direction, it is not used to diagnose on its own
