Someone suggested me to use nutrition supplement for bodybuilding. Is there is any side effect of it? I am confused that use it or not. Please help me to clear my doubt.

You're going to have to be way, way, way, WAY more specific about nutritional supplements.

But in general avoid the protein shakes and creatine complexes. They're loaded with simple sugars that someone with IBD should avoid. As far as I know pure creatine should be safe, I've taken it for years without issue.

I think it is better to have mostly home made foods as much as possible. I try not to use protein powders for my son because there are usually ingredients he is allergic to. But you can use individual powders are add to the smoothie to make it healthy. For example I use L-glutamine powder and added to the smoothie. I use chia seeds and fiber immune. Those are to help with constipation so don't use if you don't have it. It is just the idea that you can find specific products and make your own smoothie. Bananas are good to if your body doesn't react negatively to it.
