Is this a fistula?

Ive got proctitis and have had a few perianal abscesses which luckily have come and gone. The other day I must have got an infection and fever and had a bad bout of diarrhoea. Maybe the acid in the diarrhoea seems to have teared away up inside on my anal passage on the right side. Im on antibiotics now and its got slightly better, but i can still feel it. is this a fistula or worse? Or can this heal? Im praying for healing.

In my experience, the fistulas started with abscesses that would not go away.
After they were surgically drained and packed the would start leaking bowel contents. Are you leaking through anywhere?

You said you were on antibiotics. Are you on probiotics? If so, I have been told to double up while on antibiotics.
