A month ago I found a small lump in the back of my mouth and I can't figure out what it is. Although I've never had it there before, I know Crohn's can affect the mouth. I've had Crohn's for over a year though it's mostly well controlled through meds. I'm still wondering if this might be caused by the Crohn's though ... I don't know because I don't know what that looks like.

This is a small, painless lump about the size of a blueberry. It's waaaay in the back of my mouth, behind my tonsil on my right side. I tried to show two different doctors (I was there for something else, and decided go ahead and ask while I was) and neither of them could see it because it was so far back and my tongue was in the way. I managed to get two pics of it though. Please tell me if this is from Crohn's and if not what it might be. Thank you!

Thanks for replying! I don't think it's a canker sore though. I don't know how well you can tell from the pic (it was really hard to take) but it's literally a lump. Like a misshapen blueberry. Can ulcerations be lumps? I thought they were more like sores or holes.
