Joint pain

Do you use braces for your joint pain?

I've been dealing with awful pain in my knee and hip, I'm not aloud to take NSAIDs and Tylenol is basically ineffective anymore. I'm going to try a knee brace at work today, has anyone else had luck with braces?

I don't use them, but I use my heating pad a lot! I try to do strengthening exercises as much possible bc that helps a ton.

I tried some wrist braces with limited success; stretching was much more effective. I also had a shoulder brace but that proved too uncomfortable to wear.
