I have tried doing a juice in the mornings for my crohn's but I have some issues with understanding how it works and what it is I am doing wrong. Juicing seems to have helped many of people. The problems I am facing are 1. Do you have to mix certain vegetables and can this include some fruit? 2. Why does juicing give me diarrhea and come out the same way it came in?
I loved the effects of the juicing and how it made me feel and proceed on. But, I do not like running to the bathroom or having non formed stools because of how much juicing actually breaks down. Anyone have any ideas or ingredient lists? I may need to try again and also put water in the juice. (Just read that pure juice not so good).
