Hi guys, how are you all? I havnt spoken on here in a while, tho I still read it daily!

Just thought I'd let you all now.....that, for once things seem to be going well!

Ive nearly finished another year of uni - (just 2 more exams and an essay to do, then I'm free for 5 months!! :) - But i dont mind that too much at the moment.

I'm working in a bar, so earning a bit of money, which im enjoying!

And I've found a lovely horse to ride over the summer, which i can ride whenever i want! The hacking around where it lives is georgeous too (real idilic english country side) which is all ive ever wanted!!

Me and my boyfiend have been going out 7 months (and thats stilll great) and ive got to the point where im not embarased about my sounds and smells! (Infact we have competitions - but as you guys can imagine.....i ALWAYS win! :) He's really supportive and ....just wonderful! lol! (Infact we're moving in together in a couple of months!) Eeeeeee!

I'm still having my fair share of problems (having counselling for some anxiety issues) but apart form that, everything is going great and im really happy!

And finally.....healthwise..... I'm great!!!!

Woop, woop, woop!!!!

So just thought i'd let you guys know, coz i know we like a bit of good news from time to time. But to those of you who might be having some harder times at the moment...it WILL get better, and i wish you all the best and will be thinking of you. As my mum always says....'chin up!'

Cheers for reading, sorry if it sounded like a brag :)

hi vicky :) brag away - its great to read some smiley news :D

really happy to hear things are going in a positive direction for you - keep it up!!

DITTO! Brag away to your hearts content. We commiserate so frequently on each others pain, it's really nice to hear some good news. Keep up the good work, and don't confine your horsing around to the paddock.

Yay for your health!
What are doing to feel so well??

And CONGRATS on winning the fart contests!
Nothing better than a girl beating a guy at THAT!

That sounds awesome! Especially happy to hear you have a significant other who is understanding, and that you don't feel embarrassed around. THe funny thing is, I met my boyfriend online, and one of the first things we discussed was my colonoscopy prep... because I had to take it whilst I was chatting with him online. I was telling him how disgusting it was. xD At the time we were just friends, so he's always known I had it - I guess that was easier! lol

Good luck with moving in together! :D And definitely it's great to see good news. DOn't see it as a brag at all. It helps to remind those of us who are a bit lower that things CAN get better. :)

Good to read the positive as it's been said. Reading your sentiments echoes inside when I've felt that way in the past, that "nothing can touch me" sensation, I want that again.

I know what you mean Benson - Ive felt like this so many times before and its been taken away from me. But fingers crossed it will last at least over the summer (I always seem to get ill over the summer! :( ) lol

Thank you all for the lovely replies!

Butt huts - I really dont know what ive done to be well lol. JUst my normal treatments routine! Maybe crohns finally got the message! lol!

Hey Vicky.. tho there may be bad days ahead... they are out of our control. Just enjoy the good times while they last. Those memories can stored away to help fight the bad times.
