Kefir?

I'm thinking about trying Kefir as a source of probiotics. I was just wondering if anyone else on here has tried it and if so do you recommend it?
 
I highly recommend kefir. Unsweetened. Best is from grass fed cows
I use lifeway mostly if others not available. More strains and organisms than yogurt and most pills
I use yogurt too.
Everyday!
Btw probiotics may not help if you have a bacterial overgrowth but if you have taken antibiotics they are essential.

I out kefir in my smoothie every day. I think it's still a pretty low dose of probiotics compared to other fermented foods but it's still good!
